Ollee is dedicated to giving skaters the world’s first skate tracker, however we totally understand that things change, and you may want to return the product. 

If you need to return your Ollee Skate Tracker, here's how it works.

30-Day Returns for Unopened Items:

You can submit a return request for your unopened Ollee Skate Tracker in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Visit https://www.ollee.app/get-started/#support to submit a return request - subject select “Warranty or Return”

  2. Our team will reach out with next steps in 2-4 business days and provide the return address

  3. Ship the unopened Ollee Skate Tracker to our designated return address

  4. Once we receive and inspect the Ollee Skate Tracker to ensure it's in original condition, we'll process your refund (please allow 5-10 business days for bank processing).

Warranty Coverage for Your Ollee Skate Tracker

Here at Ollee, we're all about ensuring the quality of our products and your satisfaction with the Ollee Skate Tracker. If you are experiencing any defects with your Ollee Skate Tracker, here’s how our warranty policy works:

1-Year Limited Warranty:

Your Ollee Skate Tracker comes with a 1-year limited warranty. We'll replace it for free within the first 12 months (starting from the day you received the item) if it experiences defects during regular use.

Warranty Conditions:

  • The warranty doesn't cover water damage, so try your best to keep it dry.

  • It won't apply if it was not installed according to our guidelines.

  • We can't cover misuse or abuse.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim:

  1. Visit https://www.ollee.app/get-started/#support to submit a warranty claim - subject select “Warranty or Return”.

  2. Provide a detailed description of the defect.

  3. Our team will get back to you in 2-4 business days with next steps (we may ask for photos where applicable).

  4. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a new Ollee Skate Tracker (one free replacement during the warranty period).
